Thanks for the feedback!! Drums have always been my weak spot so I try extra hard on them now. It's good to know I'm making progress :) Also, speaking of flashbulb a friend of mine just introduced me to him last week. Ironically, he said the same thing about my music and suggested I listen to it. So far all the tracks I've heard have been great. My next step is to get that "glitch" sound going.

i had all the electribes but got rid of them all except for the EA1

i love the bastard more than my woman

it makes basslines/squelchy 303 sounds
my set-up live is Sp555 + electribe ea1 and i have ripped venues to shreds with them

dunno how i missed this thread! It's probly too late now, but here:

the mk1 and mk2 are the same except for the effects section:

mk1 has auto-wah, instead mk2 has mod-delay.

BUT you can load the mk2 operating system onto the mk1, turning auto-wah into mod-delay...

So really, the only difference is looks.. although the knobs feel a bit firmer on the es-1mk2 compared to the mk1 electribes.

I think you're confused with the ESX - that one has extra stuff.. eg, the 2 keyboard parts that let u play samples up and down the keyboard, the arpeggiator, more editing options, extra outputs.. much better really, but costs alot more.
Samples.
