have an effect set up, hold tap tempo and then hit the effect pad like its on gate to trigger the effect, i never knew what this did but just figured it out and thought id share - im sure its in the manual i thought i read
but you could probably make some nice basslines using this with subsonic and changing the pitch or be able to play an effect knob and cut out the sweeps

yo that is sick man. i saw that in the manual too i think but never really tried it. just did it and its dope as hell. can't believe i didn't learn this like 3 years ago...
