Finally bought a sp-606

Thanks, the piano is from an album by a swedish jazz artist named "jan johanson" album named "Jazz på svenska" (Jazz in Swedish). the whole album is based on swedish folk music, converted into piano and upright bass jazz tunes.

Ill probably make half finished snippets just to explore the 606 during the summer, but the real work will start at autumn, prepearing for a new 4 track release. ive made two concept ideas for each song, the first version is played live with an akai mpd16 triggering Battery 3 (within cubase 4). The second version is played live, piano (me) and drums (a friend).

Ive got to warn you, this is pretty rough recordings. Both recording sessions took less then 2 hours from start to end, rehersal included.

Finally bought a sp-606
