Using delay on a drum loop.

Post by mattbass »

This is probably old news to all you hardcore hip hop heads out there 8) but i found this out after sampling some drums from a record and I thought newcomers like myself would appreciate this tip.
If you hit the delay button (whilst messing with the settings eg, T4, T8 etc) on the 2nd or 4th beat of the sampled bass drum then it creates a totally different beat....in other words it adds different fills to the original beat and then you can make it your own :D

soz if it's old news but hey I was pretty chuffed with myself!

I discovered the secrets of Techno back in the early nineties. Acid house was much better. :)
