Problems with line out connection
I just got my 404 and am having issues with the line out. I sample something from a cd player or iPod and save it in Pad Bank B. Then when I go to mess with the sample and loop it and put some effects on it the audio going out to my mixer and then to my monitors get all distorted, scratchy, and then cuts in and out. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

sounds like bad cables, malfunctioning mixer (dirty faders, etc.) or possibly audio loop if you have input going to 404 and also to other mixer channels or tape input

How does the sample sound if you listen to it on headphones through the 1/4" headphone jack on the 404?
