I'm digging the styles of the SP-404 and 555. They sort of look like props from a sci-fi/anime movie. The SP-505, on the other hand, gives me a Fisher Price kiddie toy vibe, if you know what I mean. The SP-808/EX looks pretty good, too.

yeah i really dig the 808EX from an aesthetic standpoint. anyone got a chance to play with one? beautiful gear can be inspiring...

The 808 has stacks of fans in the UK. Can't get them to come over to this site though, the posh buggers :lol:

I think that Big Juss(Company Flow) is using the 808,anyways he did when working on the Black Mamba Serum lp.

nah they went their separate ways, but I heard they were going to record some tracks together for the 10 year anniversary re-release of Funcrusher Plus

I'd like to see a custom 606 8)

I'd thought about painting the silver sides orange to match all the pretty lights but then I thought better of it...

i'm painting mine actually, and the only color i've laid down over the base coat so far is metallic green. weird... i'll post pics when it's done.
