I dont want to try and make a living off beats, cos it will start to influence the direction my music takes.
I tried this for a while...i didnt got no job/lost a job, and i really started to "hate" makin music. It really influenced me bad way, i was makin beats i didnt like. I will never do that again, i wanna be totally free with my music like i always was. I didnt make any music for 5 months....

I have worked in factorys, constructions, all type sh*tty jobs, gotta make a living...but 8h per day...5 days a week...all that good time to create music...u work, and when u come home..u are too tired...angry, no will to create.

One thing for musicians/producers is to learn mixing and mastering...so u can do mastering/mixing for $$$, that doesnt influence so much your own music...at least not that much as makin "whut people want" beats.

I work in a cubical slanging cases for a large case manufacture (SKB)

Unfortunately I don't work with the music cases but I think I would get burned out talking to customers about their equipment all day...

Basically I daydream about my lab until I clock out.

been working in an insurance brokerage for about a year now and i'm finally getting the inspiration to make music again. my boy hit me off like this - we're 20 years old right now and we're not getting younger. do what we love now before its too late. cant come into the game being primo's age 40 somethin years old. but yeah insurance has its up and downs, mostly downs but i keep my head up
