I want some hard heavy sounding drum kits...or of the like some of the most real sounding drums. I also really want some violin or string instrument sounds...some harpischord sounds would be awesome too, but I may be dreaming.

thanks....I've now taken ig9's suggestion and busted out the Handel and Mozart albums to sample some sounds. It's quite fun, but can still be a bitch to chop up. Thanks for the suggestion as well.

Its good to download loops and drum kits for the sake of learning. Chopping up records can get u discouraged easily if u dont know your way around your gear just yet.

and do a search for sounds there. It's a search engine for audio files.
