my collaboration via the internet

Post by crayon »

I met this fellow from a ridiculous website called facethejury.com, had some great forums in its time in terms of pure time wasting. we both made beats and sent each other beats all the time gave each other support and what not and really came into our own together. after all that it just seemed natural we should do some shit together and here it is

The Sane Thes

i know i keep it lowkey on here but i thought this stuff came out pretty good and was wondering what you guys thought. its made on a variety of hardware and software me mostly using an alesis micron and 404, with some reason sprinkle dinkled in and him using strictly FL studio (kinda crazy what some people can do with that shit)

tell me what you think. [/url]

Myspace isn't working for me at the moment but I'll check it out as soon as I can.

sometimes. i really like doing the actual sampling on the sp, and also effecting it on there. then using the pads/sequencer of the mpc.

sp is just so much faster, no dicking around in menus.

thank you very much by the way.

i can see the logic in that, but i recently stepped off all the midi connections and all. all those technical issues and cables tend to fuck with my creativity.

i dont even fuck with midi at all. if i use the two together ill grab a bunch of samples on the 404, effect the fuck out of them and then run that into the mpc and just sample into there.
