I feel bad for y'all in Colorado, in Oakland you can have 3 lbs of dried herb on you at any time if you have your cannabis card and 72 mature plants growing indoors. Welcome to Smoakland

ig9 where do you live?

i have been watchin' the news from overseas for a while. i first want to say Obama can't really legalize anything ( maybe bush could've but he was above the law haha). it's a nat'l law that must be overturned in the judicial system. theoretically, 50 states could legalize but we could all still go to federal prison (highly unlikely). it's likely that if 25 states rework their laws than the federalies would have to take note. currently US has 13 states with some leniancy towards pot (Cali, i believe is the most open).

where does everybody live and what is the attitude(laws, etc...) towards it there? at some point i'll come back to the states and i'm definitely not going back to my ultra-conservative right-wing racist-ass hometown. so when i come back i want to support my family, keep my job (teacher) and smoke. where am i safest?

Smokin on them trees/ at a hundred degrees.

Yeah man, If the legalize weed... I would be doing it a lot more. I'm kind of disappointed that Obama laughed at the proposition. they were asking him questions through the internet.... i forgot what the whole thing was about. But most people on the site voted to ask Obama the question if he wanted to legalize it. And he just laughed at the whole prospect. Very disappointing.

Honestly, if they want to solve the economy crisis.. there's your best bet. My 2 cents.

You can't expect much from Obama, the New World Order just put on black face so to speak. Any elected official follows the policy set by the Federal Reserve bank and IMF etc.

@Euclid I know what you mean, but there are concessions made. Obama may be evil, but at least he's not an idiot. Lifted the ban on stem cells, stronger EPA, that kind of ting.

@jbl I live in Fort Collins, CO and I highly recommend it. Cops here don't really care about ganja. I had social services called on me (wack lies from an ex-friend of my ex-wife). I had just got done burning one. They came with a cop. He told me to smoke outside. Fuck'n a right I'll smoke outside. =) Plus the town is just chill, perfect size, lots of shows, an hour from Rocky Mountain Nation Park... I've been to something like 43 states, lived in 7 (FL, AZ, CO, NC, VA, ME, GA) and this place is the bomb. Asheville, NC is great too, but the second you leave Asheville you're in hillbilly country pretty quick and the IQs start to plummet, so CO it is. =)
