elhuana: Liked the overall sound and vibe of the beat... The filtered bass was really nice. ?! The reason I didn't vote: Snare could have been more crunchy... Kicks and hats were fine.

IIIII: Liked the bass tones and the rest of the samples a lot, drums were cool, too but yo honestly... I didn't liked the panning ...sorry... :oops:

yeah i filtered it through the chorus effect, made a mistake on the settings. it was 4 am... one take was enough!

elhuana - The way you've put those samples together flows really nicely, really like to overall vibe too, very well put together.

IIIII - Nice rough cut you've got going on there, I like the gritty downbeat sound it sets up an eerie atmosphere.

Tough call again, went with elhuana (changed my mind several times) in the end as it just went together so nicely - reminded me of "Pressure Drop".

Good tunes again guys.

Shame about ellaguru cos I really liked that todd terry riff he was busting.

I liked Elhuana choice of samples.
IIIII had a very interesting arrangement and resampling.
In the end I voted for Steve C, I liked those drums.

Despite really nice drums in Steve's Track ( much respect for getting those - I wasnt able to get so many drum sounds from out of it ), I liked the IIIII's a little more

Thanks for all the feeback and votes.

I really wonder why do we have only 3 contestants in this one, cuz the sample was so diversified, and I bet everyone would find some piece that fitted them.

Anyway, Im proud of you Steve and IIIII that at least you found something like that in it

had to give the vote up to elhuana, really digging the western-ish vibe. yours definitely got my head nodding the most, and i'm not going to lie i'm a sucker for a dope filtered bassline.

IIII, really feeling the texture and grit of yours good job.

steveC, yours was tribal and funky i'm with everyone else on your drums!

I forgot to vote and now its too late. I had trouble deciding anyway/ all the tracks were nice. And shame on ellaguru, you should know better than to use outside drums
