"Don't Know"

New beat. Got a lot of new tracks on the way thanks to that Crate Diggers Gold link in the library.

Also on the space. Let me know what you think.

Really diggin that sample. Mix is a little bright and more variation wouldn't hurt but it's still a cool ass track.

Thanks guys.
I planned on adding some vox & I am terrible at mixing my bassline and my kick without them clashing, and I am learning how to use logic and all its effects. I just got it a week ago. Shit weighed 30lbs. This is the only program that came with 6 books on how to use it, 2 of which are over 1k pages!!! I will rework em as I learn new tricks.

Good to see your actually learning your tools. Too many times people just post wanting someone to all but do it for them. Laziness shows though in one's work, and I'm not really seein it in yours. Keep learning, your off to a good start.

Thanks. I was pretty decent at pro tools, but a lot of the stuff I did I just did till it sounded decent. Now that I revamped the studio, I want to do everything right. My main focus is getting my tracks to sound good on a car system. My tracks usually bump in the headphones, but are all over the place in a car with a decent system. But yea, I am reading these manuals like they are going to disappear.

thanks jay. I want to get monitors, but every time i save up I get something else. Although my new studio set-up is pretty ill, for my needs, you know the backpack studio. Im just worried about the monitors and if they dont respond well or are crappy in general. Right now I am going to get good sound out of the phones and the comp speakers, and then take my nearly finished track and mix it all in my bro's car. That should help for now, if he lets me use his car for that. haha
