need some help putting out an e.p

i'm putting out a small e.p. - does any body know how to post it on a file share site so that when you download.. you download all the tracks, not clicking file by file.

there is two options that I am aware of.

1 . mix all your tracks into 1 file.

2. slap all the tracks, in a zip file.
