apparently four tet uses 4 sp404's, when i read this . . i started thinking about possibilities... does anyone do it?
It probably wouldnt give you much extra if you only work in the studio apart from saving time, but if youre interested in live performance it would give you many more options (eg 2 patterns running at once. . luxury!. . or stop one sp-404 to resample while the other one holds the beat)
Anyhow anyone running more than one sp in some kinda configuration?
Anyone using more than 1 sp at once?

Ive used 2 404s and 2 turntables all hooked to a mixer and able to sample from everything. I didnt get a chance to play with it as much as I would have liked...but it was wonderfull

I currently have only an SP 202. I plan on getting a 303 or 404 at some point, simply for the effects (there's only six of them on the 202) and sample chopping and increased polyphony etc. I love my 202, so I can only assume a 303 or 404 is that much better. I've never used a 303 or 404 before. I'm hoping when the 555 comes out mad people will be selling their 404s.

I'll be rocking 2 sp303's and a Yamaha SU200. I'm thinking about maybe getting a dj mixer with 4-5 channnels so I can crossfade back and forth between them all. I might be also wanting a Kaoss pad down the road as well.
