any one have any ideas or resources on spotting re-issues?

so i copped the rubaiyat of dorothy ashby at the one used record store in town a few weeks ago for $6, I'd assume that it's the OG because of where I live and the likely hood of coming up on a 2nd hand fairly recent re-issue would be pretty low. however, it's in really good condition with the shrink wrap still on it and everything. I tried looking on that discogs.com site, but both the OG and the re-issue have the same catalog number, art and all so I'm stumped.

I either got a got a good deal on a $15-20 re-issue or lucked the hell out on a pricey gem...

anyways, record is dope.

you have to get a price guide, it could be a reissue from back then too. Alot of times if the inside of the cover is browm its an OG. Dorothy Ashby isnt too rare so its probally an original.
