CF Card only importing 1st sample

Post by TAHL »

I have loaded all my files on the CF card. when I perform the steps to import files. It is only importing one file over and over on different pads. Do the files go in the root or any subfolder? I have tried copying the files into several locations and still having this issue

all samples should be copied to the root folder

Yo, there is no need to set all the samples to mono. Probably only the 1st sample was imported because the second one was in unsupported format (or the cf was full). Get yourself a Soundforge or other converter and make sure that all the samples are "16bit44.1 wav".
On the other hand, mono type of samples is often recommended cuz of 12 voices polyphony.
