Hypothetically... (dual 404 question)

I'm thinking of fielding dual 404s with a 2-ch mixer.

Naturally, the issue of synchronisation came to mind; I was wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to sync MIDI on both devices? For example, is it possible to obtain a standalone MIDI clock device, or should I basically be looking for a sequencer? Is it even worth the hassle?

Hey, thanks for that drewzle. I'm really warming to the idea of dual 404s, it's pretty much certain I'll be getting them.

Having read that thread, I'm actually really drawn to the microkorg. I hadn't really considered getting one before, but having checked out some info/YT vids I am of the opinion that they're pretty neat!

Though some other form of MIDI clock device could also work. My only real concern with the microkorg is the price.
