Bank Recording problem

Hello people im new here I got my 303 about 2 weeks ago.I learned how to use it pretty good. Im just having one problem.

I cant record a sequence with samples from bank a and b. c and d record fine. I tried downloading the new os like said and it didnt help. the problem actually started when I downloaded the new os. please if you cloud help me out it would be very much appreciated thanks.

Maybe try initializing the internal memory.
