what would you add to make it swing ?

hi guys just started a myspace music page to put my beats on ! my first attempt is a synth based groove (no 404 used as yet) want to adapt it a bit but not sure which direction to take ? .The beats i have heard on here are awesome ! sounds abit like an opener made by Jean Michel Jarre

with that sound...take whatever beat u please...I would make a 4/4 house beat on it with some hip shakin percussions:D

Thanks think i might put some shortwave radio interference noize over the top and as you suggested a 4/4 beat !
