Me and my friend while discussing some things got kinda interested on what people like better. Is the screen type of MPC 2000/XL/4000 (which is kinda gray background and dark blue/gray text) better than the standard MPC 1000/2500 and other sampler screens like MV 8000 which is green background with dark green text. Maybe you like the blue background/ white text screen like it is on MPC 5000. Comments would be great too. Don't get offended because I used MPC for example purposes, they are still one of the best known samplers. You can drop a comment on which samplers screen you like better if you haven't seen any of the MPC sampler displays.

I voted for the MPC1k/2500 screen. It looks pretty clear to me.

I must admit I vastly prefer a color screen though. Can't get easier on the eyes than that. :wink:

2000 xl faded screen, or lower the contrast to make it look faded.

the only 2 i can compare is the 2kxl and 1k. i like the 2kxl better

I've only used the MPC2000XL and MPC1000, and at first I liked the 2k screen better, shit looked clearer, but after a while the whiteness hurt my eyes, but the 1k screen didn't.
