I have been loving my sp 555 ever since i got it but there has been a problem ive tried to work around.
i have my laptop connected to my sp 555 which is connected to my KP3. Now i have been resampling basslines with the amazing effect memory feature for rhythmic changes in FX. i would like to record the output of that through the kaoss pad and back into my computer but in trying this i achieve feedback mayhem.
even if i silence the monitor of the track im recording there is still feedback!
Is there a way around this? ive looked the manual trying to figure it out but im thinking im fucked
IN?OUT?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you are running samples live from your computer through the sp and the korg back into your computer? If this is the case I think it's a signal flow thing. Try just running from the sp through the korg to the computer without having the sp connected.

ableton track 1-->usb--->sp555-->output-->kaoss--->Sp line in--->usb -->Ableton track 2 (monitor set to off)
the problem isn't the monitor on the program, its hearing the line in on the actual sp555.
the only reason this is a problem is because VISTA rendered my audio interface (tascam us122l) completely useless.
