1st of all no, but then again I never have used that internal mic. before. Did u already try to use an external one yet?

i remember mine cut out then i turned it off and on again...then it did. so yours just stopped...contact roland mabye

this may seem stupid but just to be sure... did you mess with the mic level thing? or is that only for external mics?

^^ mic adjuster works for onboard mic too.

I think there's a changeover switch built into the Mic socket - so plugging in an external mic overrides the internal. Maybe the socket switch is dirty - it's pretty basic the way it's made.
