trouble with wave converter

Hey I just bought an sp-555.
I have it connected via usb to my computer.
The wave converter will not recognize the sp.
What should i do? I should be able to access the a/b banks correct?
Sorry if its a dumb question. I'm completely new to this.

I don't have a 555 but i think you should post this on the 555 section of the forum...generally speaking a re-installing the sp555 drivers might fix it...good luck!
