How exactly do you load samples from the computer to the SP?

Post by Les Braun »

OK, I don't have the SP yet, but I would like to know how I do this first. Say I get one of the packs from the library part of this forum, and I want to play the samples on the sampler. How exactly do I do this? Sorry for the stupid question, I couldn't find any tutorials or stuff on google. Feel free to post any other things I should know. Thanks in advance, guys :D

make sure your samples are wav 44100
drag and drop you samples to you memory card
hit cancel + resample , then hit record. it will load all the wav files in your root directory. quick easy. make sure there is no other file types in the root. or else it will bunk out at that file and interupt the process.

Can you change the order of the samples? Say if I want a snare on pad 3 but it's on pad 2...is that possible? Or do I have to do that beforehand when loading the samples on the computer? how do I do that?
