French guy using SP-606 --- Does anyone speak french ?

Hello !

i'm a french guy and i come from France (Brest --- the country of freeparty)

i would like to know if somebody speak french cause i have few problems with my sp-606.

i don't understant the Midi and win Xp connection.
during i connect my sp-606 to Xp and transfering files my USB connections failed and i got to reboot my PC.

I'm using the SP-606_wxp2k_v100 driver .

+ which asio driver do you use ?


personnaly i've got a
SP-606
+ yamaha Rm1x
+ Korg Electribe AmkII (green)
+ xenyx 1222fx
+ UCA 200 sound car (berhinger)
+ bcf 2000

and i'm using Live ableton 7.01 + orion 7.5

but i don't know which asio driver is the best .
there's a big latency when i'm synchronise live + sp-606

sometimes while i'm using live + sp606 my connection is broken and i don't know why.
I can't synchronize my studio as i'd like.



Did you understand what i mean ? X-kuze for my english/american...

Oui, je parle et comprends une peu francais, mais je suis désolé... je ne croix pas que je peux t'aider. Je croix que c'est une probleme très specifique de ton ordinateur.

i have a bit of french, but it is pretty terrible. also, i know zero about midi connections and the 606. so i'm not yr guy.

however, you've explained this pretty well, so i am sure someone on here can help you.

My English are bad and i don't know French at all!

Try using the clean all -utility from roland site (it would unistall ALL roland drivers)

je ne l'ecrit pas tres bien,mais bon.
je n'ai pas une sp-606 mais je voudrais en acheter une.
maintenant pour ton probleme je ne sais pas vraiment, mais tu as xp,no? combien de drivers Usb t'as deja installe? je pense qe il y a un limite dans xp de 10 drivers,essay avec ça peut etre.
sinon, as tu un web cam? moi je n'avais une (moi aussi win xp)et m'as foutu certain drivers a l'air.

@ellaguru: Yes, he might have that problem, but I'm thinking he was talking about losing the USB connection while having the SP-606 as 'mass storage device' for file transfer. I was therefore thinking he might have a different issue altogether.

i'm happy you've understand me.

So I've reussi to resolve the problem with the USB transfert.

I formatted my Compact flash card. And i've put the “DCNAPL.BIN” update file to the main directory of the “FUGUEFAT” drive(Compact card).
