Frustrated with polyphony on the 606?

Everybody might know this... but I just learned today... I was basically having troubles layering samples on top of my drums cuz I would have a sample loop there... and when it came time to throw in the bass... my bass pads would cancel most of my other pads... so i'm thinking wow this is shit... So... I tried turning off the mute groups in my bass (as i had them all set the same) and boom! problem solved... SO... if anybody comes across this problem, don't get down about ur polyphony or what not because it could just be your mute groups!
