someone plz help me out i got the midi cables, and im using FL demo all i need todo is know how to trigger my samples

i've recently bought the padkontrol and am really impressed with what it can help the 404 to do

True.
It really turns the 404 into a whole new machine :
velocity,
reliable pads,
28 sounds at hand (12 from the sp404 + 16 from the PK),
rolls
possibility to trigger the kick drum from a pedal
Who needs an MPC with all that ?

I got a a sp404 and a padkontrol, How can you connect them? im really new at this, usually when I connect stuff it ends out in blowing up.

plug a MIDI cable from the Out of the pK into the In of the 404
then set the MIDI channel on both to be the same
