Before the veteran SP-404ers in the forum loose it if they see this question again I will explain it from the simplest most detailed way I can.
I asked this question because I was using the search option in the Sp-404 tips and tricks forum.
Now This is an explanation for "Dumbasses"
to Record the SP to a computer using an Audio Interface
I used my TRS cable (the same type 4 a guitar) and plugged one end to the Phones jack on the bottom of the SP 404 connecting the other end to my MBOX audio interface DI (input), (the same input used to record other instruments like guitar)
this works well with good quality.
or use an RCA cord with a headphone Adapter

Connect the RCA cords to the Line Out of the SP 404 put on a 1/4 inch jack and connect it to the DI or Line In Input of your Audio Interface (the same place mentioned above to connect for the 1/4 inch TRS cable)
So you can either use the Line Out option with the RCA headphone adapter to the input on your Audio Interface or Use a TRS cord from the Phones Jack to the Input on you Audo Interface
I had problems with the Line Out options because I have a tip ring connector for the RCA cords that seems to get loose and can cause major static. I ordered the I POD RCA cords online because the headphone adapter seems to be attached to the RCA cord or at least I hope it is so it won't get loose.
You can also use the Mic in option to put in instruments like guitar or bass and have the SP FX to mess around with while also recording to you DAW.
And for all the "experts" give the noobs a break damn we just got this thing,
also for noobs

This is the type of simplicity I was looking for I am using keywords like Recording Importing that people might search with for the Post Topic.
ANyone can add to this post with the same type of simplicity please DO I obviously am missing out on a lot of things MIDI for one hence the (MIDI?) thing, also on how to record straight to the Computer, and I am probably technically saying it wrong. Although this does work for me.
