I'd be willing to test that. 8)
You got more horse's but my curbweight to HP ratio is better, you couldn't see me in the turns but I'd get killed on the Autobahn.

Autobahn hierarchy
1. porsche
2. mercedes
3. bmw
4. audi
5. volks
6. opel

Respect my authorita. Are you moving to Seattle Count?, 'cause we should get together with my VW folks up there and caravan and race a little.

Great car man! Hope 4 U to make many miles with your fiver.
Those rims are rare to see these days here.

Im VW man... first it was 1973 bug than Golf 1984 than Passat variant 1991 and now another Passat variant TDI 2001. Someday I will start working on another bug... just to get some place where I can disassambel it.

God luck on the road!

Thanks crumb I like Dub's too, but my best friend is a BMW mechanic so it makes my life real easy and cheap to own bimmers. I still want a mk1 golf with a vr6 though. The style 5 rims are getting hard to find these days so I'm glad they came on the car with an extra in the trunk. Yo Count, we should try and coordinate a time when we can both meet up in Seattle and kick it with Whyse and me other VW homies, we'll have blast rollin' in a euro column down the street.
