Yeah, the beat is d0pe! The whole album is very good also. I like the way Reks is rappin.

I'll never leave Premier. For example now, my speakers are complaining about being overused when playing back old MOP Shit RUGGED NEVA SMOOVE remixed by preem. Im loving this joint!

Yeah dude that Reks album is tight. Also feelin the old MOP... Brownsville is ill... so many good joints.

Here's a guilty pleasure... Juvee's Rodeo. I know I'm not the only on who was feelin that track. Cool n Dre got that smoov sh*t.

So... to redeem myself for posting the above comment that killed this thread... I'm bringin it back with this:

Black Milk - Shut It Down

Who's with me?! 8)

I been bumpin the shit outta this album lately. While I was really feelin Tronic... I think Popular Demand is a much liver piece of work. I would highly recommend coppin it to anyone who doesn't already have it in rotation.

Shut it Down is ridiculous, one of my favourite beats of recent years

i prefer Milk's rhyming on Tronic, but yeah beats are probably a bit looser on PD. i really dig all the segue-ways and fade-outs he does on Tronic though, really shows his musical skill alot more

Tronic beats i'm really feeling:
Long Story Short (those drums!!)
Bounce
Losin' Out
also another one i can't recall the name of ("gimme the hi-hat groove, this is how it sounds when the hi-hats move!")

ey Count, you heard Black Milk - Dreams? new track, quite short...sick tho

Surfboard from Bossacucanova. Who says it's gotta be a hip-hop beat? But right now I'd say it has to be Kick, Push from Lupe Fiasco, which is actually quite mainstream for me. Hood Pass Intact from Dam-Funk is pretty cool, too.

Thanks for the link Drewzle... definitely a dope track. Can't wait to hear some stuff from that Random Axe project... sounds ill. And being on Duck Down makes me think it'll come off proper. Nice.
