okay so when i record from my 404 into the mac book line in, the level is fine. loud and clear. the waveform is full in garageband. but when i go in through the built in audio interface on these monitors, the level into garageband is real quiet. i can barely see the waveform and i need to boost it 20dB just so it will peak.
any suggestions?
