a question for 505's sequencer

hi! i'm new.i have a simple question: with the 505 sequencer can send MIDI OUT data to sequencer my AKAI s3000xl? so 'that i can put my sample on sequence as if it were a mpc

yes, but i don't know the full extant of how it works. i know that you can make each part a different midi channel (thus sending up to four diff. channel messages at one time, i think). in the manual it states what note#/midi cc each pad is. and i know i got it to work as a note on controller for my 808, don't i really don't use it much in this way.
