and Juxt, how's that sampletrak? I've been considering getting one for a while now. How is it for an SP user?

thanks again for the feedback

@Nicknw - the sampletrak is ill, its good for an SP user. My only complaint is the sound quality. It sounds allright when you sample something into it, but after resampling a couple times the sound quality starts to get bad. So I cant be as funky with resampling FX.

yo Juxt, dope beats, i love your beatmaking style, do you only rec the Zoom Sampletrack into your pc or do you rec individual parts of the beat and mix them seprataly? do u use a limiter or software editing for your beats?

thanks man. i mixed everything inside the sampletrak. for the final recording sometimes i run the beat thru my RNC compressor. an sometimes i will do just a tiny bit of EQing or limiting once it is loaded into audacity but not much.

been loving 'just a loop' guys....is the bass there part of the sample? sounds nice and bright, like a Mary Poppins walk through the park in technicolour :)

yo elhau - we should work on some SP/QY joints! maybe share responsibilities for different parts of the track or something...we could share the MIDI files from the QY and samples from SP

Hehehe Juxt, you gave your best beat from your mixtape to this guys :) It sounds tight

yo Drewzle, Ive just put my 404 on an auction ( read more in freedom of speech section ) :(

...But the auction gonna last 10 days :)
So I guess we have some time to do this :D

Man, I really got into this QY. I mean not really the device itself, but the melodies! Im back to what Ive been doing before I started sampling. And I really like it. So far Ive done about 8 tracks on my qy. Strictly my melodies - no sampling :D
So I think the project is do-able. Let's switch to private message system :)
