How exactly how can I do this? I want to load it into a DAW. I come from the Software world of making beats and I'm tired of the fact that you lose the soul of it when you use too much software... at least for me. Sorry for that tangent but how can i record the 404 onto my computer the cheapest way to do so would be the best but with decent or good quality. thanks

You'll want an audio interface. I reccomend a firewire one, but if you have a big ole PC you can get PCI ones, or if you don't have any, a USB 2.0 interface will, do, don't get a USB 1.1 one though.

Go on DV247.com, and search there.

can anyone explain this importing problem in lament terms with or without an audio interface, or any other way. i am asking on this post because it is the most obvious post title in the search either that or start reaming through other post imformation.

Is there a way to import samples from the bank via an audio interface or should I say how would i import or record with an audio interface or with just a computer or any other way, with what to what, I got an MBOX pro 2 I dont have a flash card reader, yet?

I read the Midi thing but makes no sense at least to me anyway.

I was hoping someone can answer the question or at least post a reply with bold saying HOW TO IMPORT RECORD SAMPLES FROM BANKS TO COMPUTER ( or add other key words) and explain what we need and how we need to do it, this will probably stop everyone from asking the same question i am asking.

I know I am just a statiistic.

There is no "Import Record"

You can Import samples (.wav, .aif) from the CF card. The process is on the manual.

You can record samples via the Line In, Mic In, or built in mic. The process is in the manual.

To your SP's out put to your computer...
