yep. we got the go ahead about 5 hrs before the show started so we called everyone we knew that was coming, had some people send some emails, and all the guys that were playin packed their gear and got over there.
we had some technical difficulties with videos and sound not matching but we got really skanky with it and it worked out in the end. we opened the show with a pitch black auditorium and the song "the show must go on" followed by "O FORTUNA." the whole show closed with a 20 person acoustic performance of "the district sleeps alone tonight" by the postal service. we had a great turnout (especially for the weather). it was definitely a good time. people seemed to really like the show. i had someone come up to me afterward and say "id always wondered what it was like to be on crack cocaine. thank you." that made my night. thanks for askin JAMES.
