Error in SP-303

Whats up guys? I was recording into my computer from my 303 and finished when there was a short glitchy buzz noise and the 303 turned off. When I turned i back on and tried to play banks C and D the display said FNT, that is the format display. So I had to reformat my card, Im just glad I got it on the computer before this happened. My question is "Has this ever happened to you?" or "Has anything like this happened to you?" I have had my 303 for 4 years and this has never happened to me. Any advice is appreciated.

If the machine stills works then you're fine.
