i just sold my RC-20 to buy one of these and i couldn't be happier. the looping function is far more creative than the RC-20, i really like that you can speed up and slow down your loop and record parts. also the delays are great, especially the reverse delay and the echo+modulation. i can just play some hats off the mpc through the reverse delay and tweak the knobs to get some crazy soundscapes and textures. also being able to use the delay and capture loops with the different delay effects is huge.

Kris are you going to buy a Fender Jaguar????
Fender Jaguar and Fender Jazzmaster are the guitars of my dreams!!!
By the way, electro harmonix make a lot of cool pedals! I must find the layouts to clone them.:-)

Yep. The Jaguar is gonna be in my hands! But i don't have the money yet. I'll probobly get it this summer or something. I have decided.
Yeah and when you clone them. Remember me frmo this tread and give me some madness pedals for free:P

Talking about pedals. Any of you familiar with the z.vex pedals?
I would love a Lo fi loop junky, a fuzz probe(or factory) a ringtone and an johnny octave myself, but they are really expensive.. But really cool!

But shit. It's just to many things i want:P The hazarai and Jaguar will be my two next things i hope. But then again Ableton live 8 will be out soon. and max for live and so on. It hard dudes:P

How long can the recorded loops be at maximum? The 15 sec on the SP-555 wasn't that much... does this machine feature longer looping times?

Hey kristoffer, the only pedal I know from zvex is the fuzz factory, although I've never played with it. I know it's a easy pedal to build, but there are some components that are hard to find.
I saw some videos and this pedal make some cool weird noises.
