No, an instrument sampler is isn't - but if you search around there are people getting synth lines via the sub synth and chromatic ps.
Am surprised not many people notice not being able to pan each sample. Pan is strangely missing - although I don't miss his bloody pipes! Unless I'm missing something, you can't fix the pan by resampling to a stereo sample via the trem/pan FX . mindyou, I've always thought stereo is overrated.

figured out more of this box today . . not sure what i think of it still though. . seems a bit too simple to get any big use, although the effects are at least useful.
