Has anyone here tried running the SP 404 to the Midiman 2X2 out and USB to there computer? I'm trying to find a tutorial or something online on how to Midi with Fruity Loops and MidiMan 2X2. I couldn't find anything I have all the SP 404 and Midiman manuals, but I'm not sure what's the name of the Output and Input when I'm inside Fruity Loops and I go to Options / Midi Settings I see:
1. Microsoft MIDI Maper
2. MPU-401
3. Microsoft GS Wavable SW Synth
Then below that I have Input set to MPU-401.
I'm not sure what the Controller type dropdown options are relating to for me since I don't have any of the listed items in that dropdown menu.
Basically, I just want to start tracking my Beats into FL using the midiman 2x2.

I managed to plug the USB cable from my Midiman to a different USB port on my PC. Now, I can see: From fruity loops Midi Settings window:

Output: Out-A USB MidiSport 2x2
Out-B USB MidiSport 2x2
Input: In-A USB MidiSport 2x2
In-B USB MidiSport 2x2
I still have no idea what Controller type: from the dropdown menu I need or should select.
Under Conrol Panal I set up my Sound and Audio Devices Properties for:
Sound Playback:
Default device: M-Audio Delta 44 Multi
Sound Recording
Default device: M-Audio Delta 44 Multi
Midi music playback
Default device: Out-A USB MidiSport 2x2
Under System / Device manager.. I did not see the new midiman usb driver? Although, I installed it..? When I had my USB from my midiman to the other USB port on my PC the USB Driver for midiman appeared under System / Device Manager.. and now it's gone..?
