^E-40's got a dope delivery.

I guess the topic of "best MCs" doesn't address what specific area of merit they're being named for. There's a big diff between tightness of rhyme scheme... original delivery... and general concepts/metaphors. Take Kool Keith for example. I would definitely consider him one of the most creative cats in the game for his lyrical content, but his rhymes aren't really that tightly laced. And where E-40 may have a 1-of-a-kind delivery, he falls short in some other areas.
