Loading samples from the memory card. Problem!!

This is the problem that I am having...
From my computer, I have copied samples into the Flash memory card.
When I try to import the samples from the card to the sp-404. some samples go through and others don't. I am trying to figure out which ones I can't. I have check the bit rate and the size of the samples but I can't figure out a pattern. I have try to rename them and all kind of things. Well, I feel lost.
