How do i connect my Roland SP 555 to my mixer please help???

how do i connect my roland Sp 555 through my mixer, i have a MIDI cable and my Pioneer DJM 1000 supports MIDI OUT, can anybody please help me, because i'm new to all of this and i don't have any idea on what to do thank you to all

unless i misunderstand you...

you want to go from audio out on the 555 to the mixer?

you need rca or 1/4 inch cables (whatever the 555 uses) to the audio in on one channel of yr mixer.

midi cables won't help. they carry digital info, not audio.

i understand thank you veru much and where do i connect the rca cable wires, do i assign it to a new channel because i want to record a loop from and aff effects to song playing on channel 1 or 2

do you mean mixer channels? because midi channels have nothing to do with it. think of it like hooking up a dvd player to a tv. audio cables go from the ports marked "out" to the ones marked "in" on the back of the mixer that go to whatever mixer channel you want the sound to be on.

IF your mixer has an AUX connect the AUX out into the input of your 555 and the AUX in into the output of your 555. If not then the best thing is to just connect the master output into the input of the 555 and the output of the 555 into your audio system.
