Hey,
Was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. Say if I play two loops that are the same bpm that start in time together they will slowy start to drift out of sync.

The BPM count on your samples could both be at 80 BPM or something in the machine, when they are more likely fractions of a second of from the what the sampler estimates it to be. Just restart it on the 1st downbeat every once and a while and it will keep in time, it's basically the same thing as a dj riding the pitch knob to keep two records in time while spinning a set.
