Yeah I read it and I think that Roland can capitalise big time by taking advantage of Akai's complacency.
MV-88k is way more attractive than this 5k model!!

I read this somewhere else. He talked about working with Akai to design an MPC that has everything the consumer wants - that would be so sick , a JB MPC.
The 5000 looked like a fail from the beginning.
