Managing files

Post by Mpi »

Hi.. i'm a NOOB..
it's just about plain samples.. no patterns or any

is it possible to have 1 memory card and load up more then 12 samples?
is it possible to manage the samples/files on a computer.. (adding new samples and/or to a specific place)?
can i rename the files on the CF-card with my compu.. to put them under an other pad?

example.. i have 1 memory card. i have 11 samples and loaded them in bank C.. i put 8 new sample on the card (with my computer).. the new samples i want to load in bank D.. how do i do this?

help is very appriciated!

yep, you can get 8 banks of 12 samples (8x12=96) onto a memory card

- by loading a sample through a card reader from your PC and naming it right you can slot it onto any pad in any bank you wish

any pad can be moved to any other position once it is in the 404. you can import a .wav from the card onto any pad you want
