When I record to to Audacity or Sony Acid Pro I get a little fuzz or static. Its not the best quality. Im thinking its my plugs.
Can anyone out there give some advice?
Sound quality when recording from 606 to PC

Yeah, that's where an interface comes in; good connections + good leads = pristine sound!
However, you are probably not going to go out right this instant and spend a couple hundred dollars on all that!
Don't despair though: try this..
Turn the output on the 606 up all the way.
Turn the input on the comp up all the way too.
Now, check your levels: they should be clipping..
Then, back off on the input level until it JUST stops clipping.
Now you will have more 'signal' to less 'noise': this is called the 'signal to noise ratio'.
If you still are not happy, try doing all of the above through the headphone out; it will be louder than the stereo outs!
Good luck man
