juxt wrote:I started chemotherapy today. I been wanting to make an album/journal where I make a beat (or more than one if i can) while I'm in the process of getting the chemo (about 3 or 4 hours). I sample the record(s) into the SP the day before. I'm going 5 days a week and then 2 weeks off then another 2 rounds. I dont know if I'll be able to keep making beats if I feel too sick down the road, but I'll try. I'm gonna keep editing my post with more links. Keep in mind I'm mentally fucked up and I dont have a lot of samples on hand so it may not be the greatest - any feedback appreciated

Thursday's is good man, nice off beat touch to it with really phat drums.

I like Friday's a bit better from the point of dynamics and being a good clean beat, sometimes the off beatness of the Thursday one is a bit too much to my likings.

Yeah, I'm like cats too. Both my cats died though a few years ago, so I'm waiting to go to school before I find a new buddy. When I was really depressed as a teenager my cats always made me happy and smile.

for real man
cats and dogs keep me sane. i usually have a few words with the various neighbourhood cats on my evening 'stroll with a spliff'. there's these twin black kittens that live near me, they're very communicative. they'll chill me with me if i'm alone, but if my dog is with me they're ghosts

ha ha ha, thats my boy- Regal. Very friendly and chill sometimes very hyper and destructive. That is an old picture from 5 or 6 years ago. The cat attached to my myspace song was different, that was a black and white cat.

yeah man, they are nice to have around. It seems like cats can sense human emotion- some more than others. Cats seem very wise and simple. I wish I could understand what goes on in their head.

Cats have never be domesticated fully like dogs, they have more of a partnership with humans rather a master/pet relationship that dogs offer. Cat's will make it known that they don't need you but still love you and have an attachment. When cats eyes reflect at night the ancient Egyptians believed that Amun-Ra was inside their spirit and therefor were seen as gods, oh and the fact that they ate all the mice that infested cities once agriculture allowed humans to store mass amounts of grain.
