of course record companies will always exist..they'll just never again have the all emcompassing power they used to.record companies dictated what people listened to since the early 1900's-and who recorded it...now thats completely a thing of the past.& out of curiosity,when were people like tommy mottola,david geffen & clive davis indie musicians?the majority of major label heads have always been in it strictly from a business standpoint
