is it possible to convert sp303 card data to a sp404 or wav?

my friends sp303 is broken, so before he cops a new one to access the music he made with it, i figured i should ask you guys, for some info that may help em make the best decision (buy another 303 or upgrade to a 404/555). i use an sp555 in case you were wondering (prior to that i had a 202 BACK IN THE DAY, lol)

is there any way to use the sp303 data in an sp404 or 555? better yet, if he has the sp303 memory card data stored on his desktop, would he be able to convert that into wav format? he had a lot of great sounds and beats on there that we wanna recover.
