one more question...

Post by adru »

just tracked a beat out for the first time..shits mad fun, although i'm sure after doing it a couple hundred times it'll feel more like work,maybe..but for now- fun.but yo-how do you covert a file from a software program(again,i'm using acid pro,but i'm sure they all work the same for this)to a regular windows file, that can then be coverted to mp3 or uploaded to z share or something?i saved it on the file section of acid, but when i press browse i can't get the beat to come up,just an epty file.i'm one step away,if anyones still up and around i'd really appreciate some quick help, and you wanna hear the newness,right?..thanks

When you have your project open just go to export as. Choose .mp3 then choose file destination and click export.

Sorry, I haven't used acid pro in like a year. I'd check youtube for acid pro video tutorials, I'm sure there are some that show how to multitrack easily into that program.

And you can render straight to mp3 with Acid if you want. When you select "Render as...", there's a drop down menu that will let you render the file to whatever format you want.
